shaders laggy and How good are my specs?

Specs: windows 7 ultimate 32 bit  Processor: AMD Athlon II X3 435
4GB ddr3 640 GB and graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9200 Are these horrible or good or best. I can run all shaders,  However low  is the laggiest

The master server shows you as running GeForce_6150SE_nForce_430.integrated
6150 is 8 years old.  9200 is 4 years old.  Either way, both of them are bottom-of-the-barrel budget chipsets that were crap when they were brand new.

You need to be getting 10 times those scores to even think about turning on shaders.  Even a mid range card like the GeForce 550 ti gets ~1800.  Upgrade or turn off shaders.
