I was playing a multiplayer map on Time Splitters 2, I was trapped in a washroom with a zombie, then I shot the zombie's head off and it landed square in the toilet bowl.

Well we won the game anyway and it was right next to their fountain. Still, I wanted my BKB before the game ended.

nut shots at point blank in sniper elite v2
pistol only survival in mw3
knife only in regular BLR matches
turned on debug mode for monster hunter tri
probably more

Charged down 200 naked (and unarmed) men with 100 cavalry and 50 archers.
I got an achievement for it; look at the bones.

I drove properly in GTA4. No shooting, No running over pedestrians. Just driving around Algonquin perfectly sane.

Destroyed a tank and killed two guys with the repair tool in BF3. Repair tool; not just for repairing.

BF3: Went apestuff straight-kamikaze towards the point at the enemy base with recon (They owned most of the points) and I got the capture point nearest to their deployment. Managed to stay alive, acquire M98B through an assist (finally) and also captured the base, my team beginning to attack from both direction we managed to get full control over the points and also win the game.
