In-game Scripting Addon?

I remember on a server seeing an addon that allowed super admins to go into a certain mode where they could talk in chat and it would become the line of a script, then they turn the mode off and they could run the script, does anyone know which addon this is?

This is a terrible idea and should never be implemented or used.
