And I wasn't even on the paper saying I was suppose to be there... I go in a month and like 15 days even though we was told that exact date.

No I wasn't tried twice, it was suppose to be the second part of the trial. First time was getting an attorney.

Same thing happened to me at the eye doctor. Apparently a different Nicolas Green was having his eye appointment that day, and they got the phone numbers mixed up.

Bullstuff. You can't be trialed for the same thing more than once.

You can be retried if they find the trial to have been fixed, etc.

I wasn't trialed twice.
This was my second hearing. Some cases can have up to 4 different court cases over the same thing.

Did I mention we waited for 3 hours there just to be told we wasn't on the paper?
3 hours in a crouded court room for nothing. I was actually sitting in the floor it was so packed.. And half the people were gone.
You should have heard the bailiff Bucky lol.
Bucky: *name*
Everyone: *doesn't make a noise*
Bucky: No one moved
Everyone *talking again*
Bucky: *name*
Everyone *silence*
Bucky: No one moved

This happened so many times we started to say it for him and then finally someone gets up for their case and we went "somebody finally moved"

He broke into someone's private property with some hillbilly friends and then was "playing with empty beer cans" or some insanely dumb stuff like that.

what'd you do?
Possession of alcohol and trespassing.
Luckily there isn't a drinking age in KY so they didn't charge us with underage drinking.

Unconstitutional, well unless it wasn't a jury trial.
Let me update the OP so people understand what I meant.

You're not allowed to be a minor and posses/buy alcohol.
Look it up.

There is like 11 more states that go by that.
Not just this one state.
