Weird Painting in Hallway

I've been perplexed by this painting for the 3 years I've been in this school. All around the hallways, above the lockers are random art projects that sometimes are Christy(I go to a Christ-lover school) or are just about events of the time(there's a 9/11 one.) But this...

It seems like it belongs on a loving Radiohead album. Thoughts?

The bear/beaver/furry things look out of place with the more crazy ass insane drawings on the right, that look like they were drawn quickly by a schizophrenic.

Going off my Radiohead thing, Thom Yorke put pictures of people shaking hands all over the OK Computer album because he thought it resembled exploitation. The guy sitting and the steering wheel could be about the song Airbag. The rest looks like logos and fear of stuff and the turn of the century, like OK Computer

we have walls with drawings on them in our school too except instead of downs-furries it's a pretty wolf in a pretty forest
