A man broke into a house yesterday morning at around 9:30 am. He beat and raped a woman, and left the scene. He is described as around 5'11" tall with black, curly, Afro-looking hair. He is African-American as well. An estimated age was given at around 27 years old. Somebody saw him in a black Ford Explorer, older looking and beat up. It has New York plates. The police are urging everyone that sees a car or man with the description to call the state police in New York or Connecticut. Please lock all your doors when you are gone or at home. Please be careful and stay safe!!
