I did remember you were tired; however I won't adjust my rating based on that. For what it is though, its pretty nice. Better than the majority of BL, and my terraining skills one and a half years ago.
My rating is purely an opinion of how realistic or great this build is, and not representative of everyone else. I'm just suggesting improvements

If this is what you can do fatigued I'd like to see what you can do with a few extra hours and a clear mind.
Im not demanding another build; terrainers have to have some interest and not just willpower or they're not going to do a good job. But I think you have some great potential.
