So, today was Music in Enrichment class. I was to present my music project that everyone has to do in the early to mid school year. I did mine on Bing Crosby, and the presentation was a success. After that...
All hell broke loose.
We went to the classroom across from the Music Room to review the basic notes in music. Earlier, before I presented my project, our music teacher said that there was a squirrel in the vents/ceiling of the Fine Arts building. While we were reviewing the Staff, the squirrel jumped out of the ceiling (Blocks in the ceiling had been taken out for an art project, so you could see the wires and tubes of the vents.) I was the first to spot the squirrel, and Dalton and Edwin called it out. Our teacher said, "Get out!" and everyone ran, and desks got flipped over. It was hilarious. A girl named Emma ran like hell to get out, and Sarah, who had stepped out to get water before we started reviewing the Staff, only saw Emma's pants as she dashed across the hall, and Sarah thought that if Emma was running that fast, there could be a fire!
Once we had all evacuated the classroom, and were back in the music room, our teacher called the maintenance man, Charlie, to deal with the squirrel. They got the squirrel to leave the Fine Arts building, and we all watched as he scurried across the parking lot. We watches it via windows. We weren't sure if it had rabies or not, and turns out it didn't. We all laughed about how most of the girls flipped the forget out after Enrichment was over.

tl;dr - Squirrel gets loose in classroom, people get loving scared, and we all laugh about it after.
