Tourettes Guy, Love, Hate?

Theres this guy on Youtube called the Tourettes guy, he pretends to have tourettes by screaming swears at the top of his lungs in the most awkward of situations. I used to think he was funny, but now that im older, i'm starting to think this is douchey. Tourettes isn't a funny disease, so whenever I laugh at him, I get this feeling that i'm doing something wrong. It also turns out he went to prison for repeated offences of disturbing the peace.
