I never got zits anywhere near my groin area when I was that young.
You'd have to have some forgeted up body chem to even get acne below the shoulders.

I don't really know, but I remember having this same problem before, that same part of my snake started iching really badly, but I don't think it was red. It went away afterwards though.

Haha, also, tell your parents. Of course it will be embarrassing(Unless you had love, then, I can't help there), it would be pretty helpful because then they could get it checked at the hospital/whatever you go to for this.
