I've had this before, I think it is a large snake zit (radius of abut 0.7cm), but mine wasn't veiny.

Be careful, the zit might leave off a slight curve on your snake after it bursts pus in your pants .-.

My mom took me to the doctor when I had a large snake zit.

Don't worry, he didn't recommend surgery or anything. I don't remember but he probably said something about putting neosporin on it after it pops.
