guys, if the buyer hosts, then EVERYONE who joins
the server can steal it! there would be no point in making
a build if it can be stolen! you can put a blocker but the closest
ive seen of that which is public is where you have to see
every block. if you can get a blocker then it would be very
good.

That's how commissioning works.
