how much have you ever drank? I'm not a very heavy drinker. Most I drank at once was while celebrating a friend's 21st birthday. Seven beers, 3 mixed drinks, and about 12 shots of various liquors over the course of four hours. Since I only really drink when at a party it hit me pretty hard. Woke up the next morning still drunk.
