I noticed that when the game is loading in Single Player after a while you hear the sound effect "dun Nuh nah"(the sound effect when you would load a build) but much more High pitched. Did badspot edit the sound file or did he change the timescale?

It could be you. Unless he changed the soundeffect's pitch for whatever reason.

It does because it speeds up the packet rate.
