thats a pretty neat/nice site.

Game reviews are pointless.

How someone enjoys games is an incredibly subjective opinion, and tends to span over hundreds of genres which vary from person to person.

No matter how good you think you are at rating games, they will always be biased and the majority of people will rate them differently.

A better alternative is to just watch Let's Plays or gameplay videos and then decide whether the game seems fun. It's like a free demo. Game reviews offer no unique benefit over watching gameplay.

Tell your friends to stop wasting their time and pick up a medium of journalism that isn't a complete joke.

they do that too

they do that too
Sounds good then.

It's still a waste of their effort for them to spend time writing out reviews that the majority of their audience will end up disagreeing with by the time they purchase the game themselves.

i definitely see your point, but it's up to them, not me haha

I might make a server next Saturday. If your friend is interested in an Arctic TDM, PM me and I'll give details

doing videos for Blockland is similar to doing videos of Garry's Mod since they're pretty similar games

messing around/playing on modded servers/timelapses/random stuff

Going to Pecon's or one of Gravity Cat's TDMS/CTFs etc. would be a good idea. Basically good servers that deserve to be popular.

yeah i think doing popular servers is kind of a given

also definitely baddy's server

Nobody who has ever LP'ed Minecraft ever planned on going to The End.

Mainly because that takes a stuff ton of time and would simply bore the viewers.

antvenom did it, it took like 10 episodes
