"That was the plan, To give you a boner . . ."

if you look away from the screen for more than 5 seconds its almost impossible to understand what's happening anymore

The last movie I watched all the way through was probably The Avengers, which my dad bought when it came out on DVD/Blu-Ray.

It was good. I watched it in the Cinema earlier on this year when it debuted. I loved the action sequences and the plot, and I thought the special effects and acting were really good.
Found it a little bit dragging in some points, where there was perhaps a little bit too much faffing around (although this is likely due to the need to re-state the character of Bruce Banner/TheHulk, and also fully introduce Black Widow and Hawkeye, who had only had small cameos and no major film prior to The Avengers)

Most recent film I watched in part though was Bruce Campbell vs Army of Darkness, which is a really good, hilarious yet dark-ish old film.
I would reccommend anyone to watch it, and it's prequels The Evil Dead and The Evil Dead 2.

And then prior to that was bits and pieces of Avengers, following my family seemingly watching it again at different times on their own, and me walking in while they do so...

And then before that it was Titanic, which my Dad bought on Blu-Ray once it was released, as he had also recently bought a Blu-Ray player, and wants a collection for it. :3

Scent of a woman.
[Hooah!]

Space Odyssey 2010.  It was good, albeit slow.

Battleship. Was pretty freakin' awesome, though unrealistic at times.
