Hi, it's me Anti-Block and i want to present to you my application for Height.

it's an exterior build, because that is my forte, but if an interior is needed i will build it.

This may be just me, but that little section just looks very akward.

It seems a tad TOO elongated, in my opinion. If you're going with the idea of having very long arches, maybe make the building taller so that it blends in? Because it seems like the elongated-ness doesn't fit really..

lighting is bad and makes color look extremely bland

front two towers aren't tall enough and pointy enough. its like you chopped off the top halves of the tower. arches too large for gothic style; look at the ref picture more carefully.

Front facade makes me think of a vagina, but I honestly could not name something on this earth that doesn't make me think of vaginas

Anyways could use some work but props for inspiration based on the washington cathedral

I couldn't really make a good interior because i wanted to get the app out there mainly because i'm not allowed to use the computer on the weekdays, so i was sort of hasty.

i didn't focus on color, but more on building.

thanks for the feedback. it seems like right now you guys don't like it, so i'll put a little more work into it. Also, i didn't really copy the style of the washington monument because i wanted to create something myself.

as a spectacular member of [h] i say it's pretty neat. you have my vote, but try adding some lights.

This is better than most "cathedrals" I've seen, but there's still some work to do.
- The front door is way to tall. Make it small, and maybe add a rose window above it.
- The towers aren't tall enough. They don't need to be pointy like Conan said, (just look at Notre Dame de Paris), but they should definitely be a bit taller.
- The roof shouldn't be flat. It would collapse immediately if it was real.

For a more gothic feeling you should try the following:
- Add a choir and an apse in the east end!
- Make the towers pointy.
- Add a large tower in the crossing between transept and nave (for english style), or simply add a spire (for german/french style)
- Add larger, multistaged buttresses. Not only do they look cool, they actually support the construction.

If there's anything more you wanna know, feel free to ask me. I learnt alot about cathedral architecture when I built mine.

Does anyone notice these sort of "expert mentalities"? King leo is like the expert on cathedrals, and conan is the expert on terrain. Frankly, I believe that both of them deserve to be called experts because they worked hard enough on stuff to deserve the titles. I feel like it makes them sort of have to live up to expectations, like if conan doesn't post on a terrain topic (inb4conan fad) or king leo doesn't provide us with a fascinating tidbit about cathedrals/castles people will vote them off the island or something. It's just an observation though, I think you both are awesome people
