how do you start a dedicated server?

i dont now how to start a ded servere. can someone ell me how

1. Go to wherever you installed blockland. Usually in C:\Program Files\Blockland.
2. Find the file called "dedicated.bat"
3. Double click it.
4. A dedicated server is now running.
