How Do You Put A Face Cam While Your Playing A Video Game?

Heyo guys! Since I started recording me playing horror games with my friends and stuff, I want to have a face cam. The first day of the Halloween Horror Game Marathon (which was yesterday) I had a face cam, but it was kind of off sync and stuff. I use  Fraps to record the game, and then Sony Vegas Pro 10 to record the face cam. I was wondering if there is any easier way to do this, or even put my webcam at the top right corner of my screen and just record everything at the same exact time. Please help! Thank you!

Get a webcam, sync, use a editing program to overlay it.

That's exactly what I did the first time, it didn't work that well. That's why I am looking for an alternative way.

Use Windows Media Player, There Are Options To Record With A Webcam.
