Fill in the Blanks

This is how you play:
So I'm the first player, I start with A.
Next I fill in the blanks with words starting with A.
Then the below player uses B
Then the third uses C
Etc. Etc. Etc.
1) The sentence has to make sense.
2) If it gets to Z start again from A
3) The words you fill in have to be only 1 word for each blank.
4) Have fun and here is the fill in sentence.
"My ______ said _____, when I  _______"

I'll start: "My apple said AHH when I ate it "
