Assuming your actually 12 as your profile says, how do you plan on starting a company?
Do you have a business plan?
Do you have the skills on what you want to do?
Do you have a way to finance your business?
What kind of legal structure are you going with? LLC, etc..
Are you going to register your business with the government?
Did you get a business tax ID?
Did you check with your state for any local taxes on this?
Did you check if you're required to have a business license?
You're better off doing freelancing until you get enough money to officially start a company.
