I'm trying to make a .gif for mine, but I'm not having much luck on it. I seem to be a bit stuffty with it all.

Mine is not so much spooky and halloween-ey, as much as it is a change to my current one, to make it a bit "darker".

Got all the sprites for it, just don't know what I'm doing to get them to work in the .gif. Tried GIMP and an online .gif maker, but I don't know what I am doing. Can get frames in the animation, but don't really know how to get one frame to appear and the last to disappear. :3
They just sort of overlay each other.
