New 1x1 and 2x2 plate decals?

I started building something and needed a 1x1, so I looked in the new "prints" area. At first I was boggled by the many new textures I found. I also found many new ones in the 2x2 plates!

Unfortunatley, my friend can't see most of them. I have no idea where they came from! Either I'm just being stupid and they came with the new version, I somehow downloaded them from another server, or I got them from an addon (which I'm sure I didn't.)

Can someone tell me where these came from, and why my friend can't see them?

i believe it is the Detailed City Build 2.0 server that causes the client to download a bunch of new decals when they join. tell your friend to go there if you want him to see the prints lol.
