this is the time where you zigzag down the hill to lose speed before you start putting stuff on the floor.

I didn't put my foot on the ground, I put it against the rim, the friction was so great that it began to tear my shoe up, regardless what you do you can't stop without brakes very easy, at the end of the hill you have a foot of clearance to turn or you're in the highway.
