You have an intel graphics card, from what I can tell.
Get Nvidia or AMD.

i can't run anything above minimal either, probably has something to do with intel.

You have to get a different one for it to run shaders.

Thats weird, its the opposite for me. I can run Blockland shaders but Minecraft's Sonic ethers shaders make my GPU fan go crazy.

You're only option is to get a better card. The fact that another game can run shadows is irrelevant because other games use different methods for drawing shadows.

A majority that can use shaders with intel can only use minimum at best and even that can be difficult.

No edit: I just skipped the entire rest of the log after seeing Pentium III. I don't know what's going on with the detection, but the rest of the specs, from clock speed, to RAM, do not fit with a pentium III.
