Are you sure its photoshop? It looks loving weird.

the lotus breast shock image is a photoshop, so this might be one also.

definitely a photoshop, it's a stock photo. I'd also like to know if tooth fingers is a photoshop. I'd post it but it might fall under gross stuff.
