My gullible friend caught it and sent it around his contacts.  I don't like downloading anything without asking for the download so I just clicked cancel and he told me about it what happened.
Couldn't find much about it on Google though.

i suggest shift+deleteing it and making sure there's nothing "unusual" running in the task manager and nothing you don't recognize in the msconfig
