Make that new production aircraft. Because it's hard as hell to apply it to aircraft that are already manufactured.
Assume the aerogel is integrated into the airframe and outer skin - maybe like an inch thick layer underneath radar-absorbing paint - carefully molded just for the ASF-33 and newer aircraft.
