EU forces start to spearhead into the neighboring half of Orgon territory while a combined DAV peacekeeping force is raised and ready to be airlifted to EU. Temporary base camps are set up. DAV suggests a split of the capital Orgon city into five zones, one for Rossiya, one for RUR, one for the Slavic Union, one for Arabissia, and one for EU. You'll get half of the capital city and the country while the DAV gets the other half.

It's technically not FCA land, it's Rossiya's land, and yes, he can come to our side to pick up scraps/bury dead/salvage stuff. Now that I've agreed to that, it is partitioned in half according to me and Rossiya's treaty. Kut'ra fighters are welcome in our side against the rebels (obvs they're allies lol)

Admiral Wilhelm Eldsire of the Icelochian 523rd Navy division calls the Orgonian president.  The terms presented are simple:  Hand over all assets and government liabilities over to the FCA.  Rossiya will then provide any further jurisdictions and will then take control of the territory and do as he wishes with it.  If you agree, you will become a jointly-governed territory owned by the FCA countries.

Leone Johnson answers back to Admiral Wilhelm Eldsire.
"Mr.Eldsire, we agree to all terms. Just some things we would like to smooth over. First off, we wish our citizens to still have representation in all forms if the territory becomes jointly-owned. Secondly, we would like our territory to still be able to decide things in forms of war, peace, and diplomacy. Even if we do not agree with the war and do not send troops if you agree to the second, we will always send supplies. You also get all goods, money, and things produced by the territory. Are these fair terms? If you agree we will hand over the forest. Also don't kill us when we exit the forest is in the agreement too."

You may have representation, and will not be able to make war.  You will be defended by the FCA.  You will be allowed to have your own economy, and all aid and taxes are sourced from the FCA.  You will not be permitted to make any deals with a foreign power.

The Ex-Prez Leone Johnson and his men agree to this agreement. Leone Johnson, his advisers, any LR left, any army left, and any vehicles left go to the entrance of the forest peacefully, laying down there arms and getting on there knees.

And it went under temporary FCU ownership to be transferred back to you.  The only action that took place was demilitarizing the Orgonians peacefully.  After that was completed, I was waiting for you to release any further policies before it would be returned to you.  However, you released no more policies, so I returned it to you anyways.

There was no effort to put Orgon under any permanent control except under that of Rossiya.

Meanwhile, a cargo/transport plane with ADAPTIV camouflage plates lining the bottom flies over the Orgon border in the dead of night, to the tracked destination of previously mentioned convoy.  A large pod and three Ku'Tra operatives parachute out, remaining undetected and landing in the jungle.

The president's and rebel warlord's heads begin to ache slightly.
