And then he fled to the warlord's hideout and we captured him.  The device with the Ku'tra operatives will have rendered him completely braindead.
Where was the development of the device used by Ku'tra, and also that was after he fled to the hideout. He made a terms of agreement with Admiral of Icelochian Navy and then he surrendered to FCA.

Except that removing him from the borders of the Orgon province would be impossible, since all luggage and people leaving Orgon would be checked for removing anything of the sort.

Development started in secret once Aribissian scientists met up with SU scientists.  Afterward there were several posts by Dug and I detailing that those who were new to the towns of "Umoslava," and "Nu'trea," had begun to feel headaches

Evac'd by helicopter.

That means that you are once again in international legal trouble.  Unregistered aircraft flying out of or into Orgon is still prohibited.

Oh but wait, unregistered aircraft!  Doesn't that mean that you have no idea whatsoever who owns the aircraft?

It's technically not FCA land, it's Rossiya's land, and yes, he can come to our side to pick up scraps/bury dead/salvage stuff. Now that I've agreed to that, it is partitioned in half according to me and Rossiya's treaty. Kut'ra fighters are welcome in our side against the rebels (obvs they're allies lol)

Kut'ra "fighters" are Aribissia SpecFor and they're hard as hell now that they've been mindwiped and their loyalty is 100% assured.

I know, that's why they're, uh, welcome.

Uh no, the Ex-Prez and Admiral of the Icelochian Navy had a treaty and Orgon is a FCA territory. You can come to bury dead, but not to take the Ex-Prez, as FCA takes the Ex-Prez.

The President is no longer an authoritave figure due to the fact he SCUDed his own people. Regardless that we bombed them, it hurts more to have biological weapons used against you by your leader. No amount of loyalty could withstand that. As such, the president, whom is to represent the people, is not doing that, therefore he has no power. Please consult Rossiya about the matter, it is their territory.

I thought you were referring to them as some sort of native Aribissian tribe full of well armed hipsters.  My bad.

And yes, SWAT One, mlockha, it is up to Mikoyan what happens in Orgon/with Orgonian land considering Orgon is their protectorate.  Stop arguing about your country that you yourself; with your own negligent, stupid actions, ended.

I'd agree to that so long as you let Rossiya extract certain assets from your side.
Is this the treaty to which you are referring?

This isn't a treaty.

And by unregistered, I mean not cleared for trans-FCA passage.

No, it is not Rossiyan land yet until Mikoyan puts forward a jurisdiction concerning the Orgon province.  No land transfer bill was given, and neither party agreed to anything.  The agreement of which you speak of is fabricated.

Since I have been the only one speaking on behalf of the FCA mandate, I set the terms until Miko intervenes.
