USC and Iceloch R&D work together to mass distribute and perfectibility ciprofloxacin, a antibiotic that kills anthrax spores and organisms. They also try to make a spore spreader that spreads the ciprofloxacin bacterium to even prevent anthrax.

Several large black vans roll up in front of the capitol building.  Men with kevlar and balaclavas rush out of the back, armed with a variety of Aribissian SI firearms.  They open fire on any soldiers immediatley, sending civilians away with screams.  One warrior steps out, armed with an RPG, a thermobaric PG-7 warhead sticks out of the front.  The warriors cover the launch of the grenade with suppressive fire.  The warhead hits an office on the west wing of the building, burning anythnig within its radius to a crisp and setting the builing ablaze.  The warriors fight to their deaths, keeping firefighters away from the scene for a good three hours before they are elimiated completely.  The trucks unexpectedly explode 30 minutes afterwards, injuring several others.  Casualties are high on both sides.
