SWAT, we've already established that I powergame, but really, are you one to talk?  I have seen you powergame on several occasions, and your reasoning is,"Superior technology" or "superior training" but do you really know that for sure?  You have no idea how any other country's soldiers are trained, nor do you decide whether or not their technology is inferior to yours or not.  It is for no one to decide.  This is the reson I like modern roleplays better, everyone has the same tech.

I still don't see how stealing like 5 ships, most of them made for trade, is powergame.  If simultaneously commandeering 5 modern, military-grade destroyers, battleships and cruisers isn't powergaming, then I don't know what is.

Borders and Immigrants are close and rejected, unless they are Allies.

Anyways, we're pretty far-advanced. No WMD's or super magical lasery bullstuff, however new technologies that aren't overpowered are always welcome.
Secondly, I'm suspending blazer and Swat 3 for 20hrs, so by my timezone 5:00PM tomorrow; in which their nations will be physically non-existent, however their land is not to be claimed until they come back. Blazer, you were power-gaming. The last time a nation took trade ships with the ease that you presented was 1790s-1820s when the British were loving about in the Atlantic; don't be that guy. Swat 3, you were not role-playing, you were denying most legal moves towards your empire by throwing up your arms and declaring "POWERGAMING, WON'T BELIEVE YOU ALL!"

Also, the UVA is an alliance network, aka organization. Like the UN, members don't have to be allies. I'll declare war on whoever I like, and I will remain in the organization I posted. Don't like it? Make your own damn alliance.

I could be considered to shorten your suspension, but based on what we've seen here, I considered suspending quite a few people. Next time we wage war, maybe you guys will consider that you're not superpowers and your ships are just as likely to be sunk as the next guy's.
