Explain it after the confusion, right.  Don't you think that the snipers would've communicated that the men were bound up?
Behind the cover of office cubicles and desks, I don't think so.  It was in a small office complex in case you forgot.

EDIT:
Tactics =/= powergaming.
What the forget do you think I've been doing.

So how exactly would a sniper target them?

Bullstuffting your way through Defcon 2 security.

1.  That's a question to ask Swat 3, not me.

2.  Do we really need to go over this again?

Fair.

Nope, conditions have given strong evidence against you.  I have seen no hard evidence that supports your cause.

So are you saying they passed through a checkpoint without any inspection of weapons and such?

If there was strong reason supporting the methods that they got there, then I would have no problem believing that the warhead was fired off, but the methods by which you were able to transport it to the square without getting shot down by heavy guard is not feasible.

Numerous checkpoints, at least 3.

The warriors could have been hiding in crates of fruit or something.

Also, as you can see, the checkpoints lie at 3-way intersections.  The soldiers manning the checkpoints most likely would not have expected the trucks to come their direction full steam.  Yeah, they probably would have been fired at moments before breaching the checkpoint and afterward.

And you think that everything wasn't wanded and searched with infrared?

are you saying that they can fit into small crates and not move one bit in that suffocated space?
even the slight movement of a few crates of a stopped truck is suspicious

Who said the crates were small?

Who said the crates were small?

Let alone checked for its contents.

You don't chose where the checkpoints are.  You said yourself that you've been through Washington D.C. security several times.  You know that the checkpoints are further back, hardly within view of the targets you're talking about.

Who said the crates were small?

If they're big enough for the warrior to not make much noticeable movement you could have like 3 crates at mot

I said that I never had togo through any security.
