By order of the Soviet council, and the Aribissian General's staff the war between the following countries
-The United States of Congrea
-Aribissia
-The Porlaqian Soviet Socialist Republic
shall be ended with the consent of this treaty; Aribissia, the USC, and the PSSR. For hostilities to end, all conditions must be met by all countries.

Conditions
-An amount of 50 billion ($50,000,000,000.00) is paid by the USC to Aribissia
-The USC's land be monitored and controlled by the PSSR for a time of 20 years.
-The PSSR must peacefully occupy the USC and do so without trouble from the United States government.
-Rovercia has access to all military airports in USC
-All countries end all hostilities
