Regardless, spending all of the 50,000,000,000 that is ~550 of them, although too lazy to figure out how many of which.  And I also didn't spend it all, not to mention most of the resources are mined/manufactured in Aribissia decreasin costs dramatically, also most weapons manufacturing companies are owned by the government to prevent weapons from falling into the wrong hands (Which obviously didn't work that well, because we have terrorists).
