The RUR uses the warring insurgent groups to their advantage by supplying them with state of the art weapons. Hardpoint exoskeletons are being deployed to train and lead the insurgent groups. The rest of the RUR army falls back to the capital and half-way point of the country, poisoning the water supply and razing crops and farms along the way.
