Well, normally, they're 1.43 times the cost of a standard SAM, but hardware installment for targeting systems and AI software is required, and that's where the money lies.  However, since you are my ally, the price is the same for a normal SAM, and the targeting system is 0.875 times normal price for allies.

Composite armor is being added to our old tanks and is being tacked onto our production models. It's a heavily improved version of Chobham armor with the steel being replaced with carbon ntube/titanium composite.
