I don't have that on my laptop 'nor my school one. I guess I am stupid and tried Paint.NET incorrectly on my Dad's laptop.

A country is entitled to call it self whatever it pleases. European Union due to the fact it has European people in it and is striving towards democracy.

If you need further convincing. Take my country on for size. The Slavic Union, a union of slavic people.
The European Union is the same thing just, it's a union of European people.
