The Slavic Union, noticing the incrised ammount of monarchies, has decided to create a NATOish alliance. In order to protect democracy across the world. All countries with any sort of democratic system are invited into the alliance.

The Democratic Alliance of Vothus

The Democratic Alliance of Vothus is formed due to the incrising number of monarchies. Slavic people are based on glory and survival, however, foremost, they believe in their own rights and freedoms. Without these rights and freedoms, there would be no union. There would be constant war between the minorities. Every time one monarch tried to successfully control all the Slavs and was of one ethnicity, it would fail. This is why the Slavs have decided for a democratic government and a country which will deliver peace and prosperity.

But this is not about Slavs. The alliance is there to protect fellow democratic countries and to ensure no other system is forced upon them unless they decide so.

- A yearly ammount of troops sent under the alliances banner
- A yearly ammount of scientists sent into the alliances labs in order to develop technology for the alliance

- Protect Democracy
- Conscription of a Strong Army
- Dominant presence among the planet of Vothus
- Maintanace of peace in member countries
- Development of militaristic equipment, vehicles, naval forces and air only for the use of the alliance
- No countries will be forced to give their own technology, this is why it is important to develop technology for the alliance it self

The Alliance has the right to change any goals, demands and offers at any given time or point.

Leadership can be voted out or simply thrown onto the next country on the list. Any country as a head of the alliance can and will rule for 4 years.

Rulling countries are the ones given the permission to be heads of the alliance.
Any country with a veto right may prevent the alliance from doing certain things.
One country using their veto right means all other countries have to comply.
Veto rights are not given to all.

Avalonia likes the looks of this new super alliance that isn't super pro monarchy. We will not join for the time being (as Avalonia seems to be allied to a monarchy or two, juggling act &.), but are willing to lend some support to DVA should it be requested (Providing that you survive Mik's missile, again presuming it's aimed at you).
