The tank that was reverse engineered was given by Svernloch when GEN. gave one tank to each of Svernloch's allies.  I don't care if there is no set "date" you can't punish me for something that I did before the rule was made, that's loving handicapped.

Regardless, develop your own stuff rather than making a stuffty rip-off version of it and earn a more respectable place in the world rather than copying everything else.  Even if you do happen to reproduce something out of it, the tank uses special alloys mixed in special ways that are highly classified and are not known outside of the companies and by top FCA and FCTAU officers, so your tanks can't really compete on the same level.  Regardless, you are still under suit unless you pay back everything that is asked of you.
