Avalonian military goes through a massive drill, but only the higher ups knew it was a drill. Military readiness was rated high and it was also found that over 90% of soldiers in the nuclear program were ready to nuke any given country if ordered. Avalonia has taken this action because it sees a world war coming.

The Avalonian government is willing to help negotiate peace terms should you all be willing to take things down a notch. Doubt anyone will take us up on it, but I've offered the olive branch, my hands are clean either way.
