so my parents love to buy us laptops. My brother though has a PC and a laptop.
All the laptops are usually around this:
3GB of RAM
230GB of Hard Drive
Intel Dual Processors
Intel Graphics
1.80-2.00GHz

yeah they're decent, all have windows 7. Well this is the 3rd laptop my sister has broke in 2 years. Of course, they'll buy her another. but she dropped her laptop and it broke the key board. and the screen is cracked. The screen goes out every 5 minutes.
So about $600 is spent every 2 years on laptops. maybe even more.
That's why I never let them use mine :P
But I mean seriously, my parents aren't ticked off yet? that's a lot of money blown on Laptops and stuff.
Not to mention my sister is going to college next year and "NEEDS" a laptop, so they'll probably buy her this one she wants:
can't remember these ones, but I know it was good.

anddd it costs $650 itself. She has 4 years of College, that's $1300 right there.
(if she sticks to her record of breaking them every 2 years)
They also want to buy her an Ipad for her Birthday....
