Okay I am having alot of trouble I finally found like the only modeling program I can use because it is so simple. The only thing is that it does not export to a .dts
I really want to start modeling for bl weapons and I already have a few models I want to use. Please help me export it to a dts and thank you.

You can't export straight to dts obviously, although if you have milkshape or another modelling program, install the obj exporter for sketchup, export to that, then import that into milkshape and export as a dts in there.

milkshape isn't free is it?(I don't know) Can you tell me a program that is free that I can just import into to export as dts?

Blender, but you'll need to get the dts exporter.

Problem is that texture info will likely be lost when you transfer it so you will probably have to do some work before you export to DTS.

Oh....just remembered.
The free version of Sketchup (google version) will not export to 3D formats. You need the commericial version to do that.
If you dig thru their site (trust me...its not as easy as it sounds) you can find a 450 hour demo for it. Just open up the file in there and export then close.
