That time when you're following your teammates to the safehouse and you don't hear a tank coming, and then you look behind you and BAM you get smacked all the way across the map.

I really didn't get scared, just jumped a bit.

Ty the Tasmanian Tiger when you have to swim to the island and the sharks are after you. I was so scared of that, usually all sharks in videogames.
Underwater levels in games typically scare me, I'm terrified of the ocean.
Suprisingly Alan Wake isnt too scary, just sort of eerie.
