Game Requests/Invites on Steam

I just wanted to post about this because I am not 100% sure how game invites work on Steam. Currently I think that there needs to be something edited in the game that allows Steam's invite feature or does it work for any game? If so, Badspot should implement this feature into the game. I think its a nice feature instead of having to scroll down and look for the server (New users won't know about the search adding) your friend is in.

Blockland would require Steamworks to be added to the game. I don't know how the integration has to be made or how it really works but if I remember correctly Steamworks is essential for Steam information and I doubt it would work unless Badspot made sure EVERYBODY plays BL on Steam.


I just read up about it here, pretty interesting and informating read. Give it a shot to learn to know what it does.
