I have a 6 mile walk tomorrow so I'll be sleep sometime soon.

Do you guys have dreams and/or remember them? I haven't had an actual dream in so long now.

I go to bed. I close my eyes. I open them. It's morning. 6-10 hours gone in a blink with nothing to show for it. I just want to dream.

srsly
i typically get to sleep at around 2:00 am because im not even remotely tired until then
this results in me waking up at 1:00 pm and my mom getting mad at me
what do
this, with a quick 5 minute nap in 4th hour in school.

normally i sleep from 2 - 11 or 10, today it was 2:00 - 1:00
You're 11. You need at least 10 hours of sleep a day to be healthy.

i have gotten 4-5 hours of sleep since i was 10, and i'm the picture of health!

today i woke up at 8, turned the alarm off, went back to sleep and got up at 10:30

I go to bed every night at 9:30 and get up at 5:00 AM. It's probably because you don't go to school and you have no effort to get up

I am forced to awaken at 6:01 and get ready for school, i leave at 7:20 an darrive at 7:30, though recently it has been 10 minutes late.
School starts at 8:00 sharp.
I leave at 3:00 and arrive back at 3:15.
all on 8 hours of sleep.

another issue is even if im not tired when i wake up i stay in bed bc its warm in the bed and cold in the house

but im never tired at 9:00 pm :c
Too bad, try to go asleep around then, it'll get easier each time you try it.
Also, if you have a alarm clock tough it out and set it for 9 or whatever and just get up then.

It's all about discipline bro
It'll get easier as you go along.

step one: be mentally stable
