Blogger is good. Free server, extremely comprehensive customization (you can just code it from scratch basically or use the visual editor) with mobile support, vast amount of widgets, pages and post features, multiple blogs, and brown townytics.
It used to be stuff, now its great.
For a novice blogger or someone too cheap to pay for a server and use Wordpress, go for eet.
