So have you guys ever slept on your front and then wake up out of breath in the middle of the night because you're suffocating?

Well

I woke up like that at 5:30 this morning

but worse.

So, apparently, when you're sleeping, you're actually paralyzed for some reason.

Now, when I woke up, I guess my body hadn't caught up with my brain yet or something

so I was suffocating

and I couldn't loving move

it was so horrifying ;-;

In order to go into deep REM sleep, You're body has to paralyze its muscles to relax them.

It was just the heavy feeling that you were experiencing.

nuzzled
aw stuff, so close
Anyways, wouldnt you have just passed out only to roll over and continue breathing while you were passed out?
