World of Warcraft. In the dungeon "Dead Mines", the main cavern with the ship's ceiling isn't solid. If you get up to go through it and go west you will find "The Outland Skybox", an area where Outlands concept objects and terrain were tested.

It remains uncleared, and too my knowledge still exists.

I found it myself after a half an hour of wall scaling in vanilla.
