Right and wrong.

Bullies usually pick on others because they had a bad past, and bullying that goes to suiciding usually ends up affecting the bully badly.

If the bully was jealous about the victim, though, that makes the bullies actions to the point on when the victim Self Deletes almost completely on purpose.

What happened to Amanda was probably aimed for, mainly because it was blackmail. The blackmailer wanted her to feel bad/be embarrassed, and that's what they got.
